We might be a wine bar, but we don't cut corners on the rest. Our beer and sodas come from Herslev Bryghus, an organic farm brewery we really like. We also pour dry cider, crisp kombucha and a few cocktails mixed with proper spirits.

Organic farm brewery, Roskilde
An organic farm brewery by Roskilde Fjord that grows its own grain. Our draft beer, sodas and the alcohol-free Altid Frisk all come from them. We are a wine bar, but we are not going to serve whatever beer to the people who do not drink wine.
Vintremøller
Distillery, Lejre
Testament gin from Vintremøller is what goes in our gin & tonic. A Danish distillery in Lejre: local, without us needing to make a thing of it.
