We were lucky to catch American pianist and songwriter Aaron English on the Copenhagen leg of his European tour. He blends classic piano-rock with African and Middle Eastern rhythms .. Peter Gabriel meets Sting, stripped back to just the keys and vocals. A perfect match for a glass of red.
The practical bit
We are at Istedgade 29, a five minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. There is no stage and there are no reserved seats .. if you want to sit down, come well ahead, because the room fills up around an hour before the music starts. The bar stays open between sets.
